These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Better Beauty Box website (betterbeautybox.com) and subscription service, operated in the United States and Canada. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Subscription & Billing
Better Beauty Box is a monthly subscription service. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis.
- Your initial payment is charged at checkout.
- Subsequent payments are billed on the 1st of each month.
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend your subscription until the balance is resolved.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is free to the contiguous United States.
- International shipping is a flat rate of $15 USD.
- Boxes typically ship mid-month. Delivery times vary by location.
- Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.
Cancellations, Skips & Pauses
You may cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@betterbeautybox.com. Cancellation requests must be received before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the next box. Once a box has been charged and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds & Returns
Because each box is a limited-edition collection, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
Products & Allergens
All products included in Better Beauty Box are verified cruelty-free and 100% vegan. However, we are not responsible for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please review product ingredient lists before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Products are intended for external use only unless otherwise indicated.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including your shipping address and payment details. If you need to update your address for the current month, please email us in addition to updating your account, as your box may already be in transit.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Better Beauty Box and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Beauty Box and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription box.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
