How does the Better Beauty Box work?
Yes! We ship all over the world.
Shipping is free to the contiguous United States. International shipping is a flat fee of $15.
Each box contains 4 to 5 full-size products from categories such as skincare, makeup, hair care, and body care. Products are rotated to ensure that you’re not getting duplicates.
Yes, absolutely! We only includes brands that do not test on animals. Each brand included in our box is verified cruelty-free by Cruelty-Free Kitty. These companies do not test on animals at any point during production and beyond, and neither do their suppliers or any third parties. We also ensure that all products included are 100% vegan.
For some products, you’re able to choose between several shade options or skin type preferences. We send out customization emails, so be sure to keep an eye on those and make your picks before the deadline each month.
We curate and send out a new box every month.
We do not offer one-off boxes. However, after subscribing, you can skip a box or cancel your subscription anytime.
Membership & Cancellations
You can skip a box or pause your subscription by contacting hello@betterbeautybox.com.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason by contacting customer service at hello@betterbeautybox.com.
Your credit card will be charged when you checkout. For your next boxes, you’ll be rebilled on the 1st of every month, before your next box ships.
Because each box is limited edition, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
You can edit your address and payment information by logging into your account. In the portal, you have the option to modify your details.
Important Note: If you’re modifying your address for the current month, be sure to email customer service in addition to editing your account. Your box might already be out for delivery, and this will prevent it from being shipped to the wrong address!
