When will I receive my box?
Boxes ship at the beginning of each month. If you sign up in the middle of the month, you will usually be shipped the current month's box within 1 business day.
We do have a limited number of boxes, so in some cases your first shipped box may be the following month.

What will be in my box?
You’ll receive 4 to 5 full-size cruelty-free and vegan beauty products worth up to $195. Product categories include skincare, makeup, hair care, nail care, and personal care.

What brands will be in the box?
We work hard to ensure you’ll love every product we choose for the box. You’ll find a mix of well-loved and established brands as well as great new independent brands to discover.

How do I gift a box?
Giving the gift of a Better Beauty Box subscription is a great idea! See our Gift a Box page for directions on how to do it.

How can I skip a month?
Email hey@crueltyfreekitty.com and let us know which month you’d like to skip. Make sure you email us before the 1st of the month you’d like to skip.

What about parent companies that test on animals?
We take great care to ensure that all of the brands included in the Better Beauty Box are 100% cruelty-free. We don't include any brands that are owned by a parent company that tests on animals.

Are the products 100% vegan?
Yes! All of the products in the Better Beauty Box are 100% vegan and contain no animal-derived ingredients.

Where do you ship?
The Better Beauty Box ships worldwide, with free shipping to the continental USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders within the continental USA. For orders outside of the US, we charge a flat $15 shipping fee per month.

How do I cancel my subscription
If you'd like to cancel your subscription, reach out to hey@crueltyfreekitty.com and we will be happy to help.

When do I get charged?
If you ordered a month-to-month subscription, you will be billed at the time of signup for your first box. You will be rebilled for the next box at the end of each month.
For 3 and 12-month subscriptions, your subscription will renew at the corresponding schedule at the end of the 3rd or 12th month respectively.

Are taxes included in the price?
Sales tax will be charged for all Canadian customers.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to our subscription box model, we cannot offer refunds for any reason.
