Shipping
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping is free to all addresses in the contiguous United States. Boxes typically ship mid-month and arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping is a flat rate of $15 USD per box. Delivery times vary by country and typically take 10–20 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping to Canada
Canadian orders ship with the same $15 flat rate. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please do so through your account portal and email us at hello@betterbeautybox.com. If your box has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.
Returns & Exchanges
Subscription Boxes
Because each monthly box is a limited-edition, curated collection, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on subscription boxes.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your box arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@betterbeautybox.com. Include photos of any damage and we will work with you to make it right.
Lost Packages
If you haven’t received your box within the expected delivery window, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you’re still unable to locate your package, contact us at hello@betterbeautybox.com and we’ll look into it.
Billing
Your credit card is charged at checkout for your first box. After that, you are billed on the 1st of each month for the upcoming box. If you need to update your payment method, you can do so through your account portal.
Cancellations
You can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time by emailing hello@betterbeautybox.com. To avoid being charged for the next month’s box, please submit your request before the 1st of the month.
